Campbell’s Pharmacy offers a medicines use review service. This was successfully carried out last year for the majority of respiratory patients in Campbell’s Pharmacy. The service was expanded by the department of Health recently to include Diabetic patients.
A Medicines Use Review is a one to one review carried out by one of our pharmacists to help you in your disease management. We will look at your medication, and help with any element of your treatment that is appropriate for a pharmacist to assist in such as medication choice, dosing, compliance, interactions, or side effects you mat be experiencing.
The staff in Campbell’s Pharmacy can carry out a medicines review to help with your understanding of your medicines, answer any questions you might have, advise about dosing and medication issues. As well as this we can easily relay information to your GP to help with treatment choices which may be beneficial in your treatment plan.
This Medicines Use Review is carried out in a private consultation room beside the dispensary.
